Job Description

Trillium Construction is now hiring Rough Framers in the Port Washington area!

Candidate will work 40 hour weeks with occasional overtime depending on the project. This project will be on going in duration with the potential for long term employment. Considering all of those whom live locally to the area that meet the qualifications above!

Pay is $18-$25/hour (dependent on experience). Additional benefits include healthcare after 30 days, 401k & paid pto & holiday pay.

Qualifications

-3 or more years prior experience with wood framing on residential or commercial building projects. -Ability to work closely with the crew in order to complete the building of interior and exterior walls or panels. -Be able to measure, cut, and correctly fasten wood studs according to the layout. -Have knowledge of new home building and the basics of framing interior and exterior walls. -Possess your own hand tools (hammer, speed square, pencil, carpenters pouches etc.) -Reliable transportation to and from the job site. -Ability to pass a pre-employment screening. -Current and valid driver s license.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
