WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Our next team member should be professional and friendly as he/she will be interacting with clients at our insurance division, Real Wealth Insurance.
This person does not need to be insurance licensed, but if there is interest, there is room to advance into an agent role or other roles within our growing company.
This person should enjoy variety in their day, and should be diligent, organized, detail-oriented, and patient.
He/she must have the ambition to grow and to recognize opportunity.
THE SEAT YOU WOULD FILL:
You'll be working on site in our office full time.
Your day to day will be supporting our Lead Agent by prepping for meetings, handling correspondence (calls, mail, email), supporting/processing client requests, and maintaining data in our system.
Responsibilities:
You will be the first line contact for the insurance department.
This is a support seat involving business details and processes to keep the team moving forward.
You'll be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and helping them with their insurance needs.
You will ensure a positive experience for both the client and the team.
You'll be responsible for day to day operations and agent support.
Tasks you would be responsible for:
Phone calls, emails, mail Notes and records are accurate and detailed Scheduling Client requests and follow up Tracking pending business and communication with agent Quoting - all insurance lines (health, property, and casualty) THE OPPORTUNITY:
