Director of Sales Operations
In search of a Director of Sales Operations who will join a team poised for MAJOR GROWTH. The ideal candidate loves being responsible for the overall productivity and effectiveness of the assigned sales organization. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, you will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled within the sales organization supported. Responsibilities:
Sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes for the sales organization Developing equitable sales quotas across an organization and ensuring quotas are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources Identify opportunities for sales process improvement Provide input in the development and administration of sales incentive compensation programs Monitor compliance with required standards for maintaining CRM data and optimizing the effectiveness of the firm's technology investments? Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of combined sales & sales management/administration experience Demonstrated proficiency in managing analytically rigorous initiatives. Good planning, time management, resource allocation, and coordination skills. Hands-on experience with CRM software, MS Excel, analytical and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and team management skills Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner Director of Sales Operations

Base Salary Range:
